NEW CUSTOMER INFORMATION, REGISTRATION AND POLICIES

We are so excited to have your pup join our BARK! family.

Please complete the online profile for your pup and upload current vaccinations. When completed, give us a call to book your free Meet & Greet appointment.

Our Meet & Greet appointments allow us to evaluate your pup in our daycare environment for a minimum of 5 hours (though we can go longer, as needed).

We slowly introduce your pup to different situations, low energy to high energy, and then let them try out a boarding suite to see how they do in boarding.

You will receive an email report card a few hours into the evaluation to give you an update on your pup's progress.

We only need you to stay for 5 minutes to complete a temperament document, which is a guide for us in the evaluation process.

POLICIES

BARK! strives to provide a fun, safe environment for your pets. Please take note of our policies. They're for your pet's safety and the safety of others.

Here at BARK!, we're always happy to welcome newcomers by reservation.  BARK! requires all new daycare and boarding dogs to fulfill our "Meet & Greet" day. Please register, upload required immunization records and call us to schedule an appointment.

Traditionally aggressive dogs, or dogs that are illegal in the city and county of Denver, are not accepted. To ensure the best and safest possible experience for our clients, we do have a few rules:

●       All dogs must be leashed when entering and exiting the building

●       All owners are required to fill out our new customer registration online

●       Owners must sign a Dog Daycare Agreement that you can find online in your account

●       All dogs are required to have their rabies, distemper and bordetella shots before they can attend daycare or boarding. Please remember to send us updates as you get them.

●       We require reservations for daycare and boarding

●      Dogs must be spayed/neutered by 6 months.

BARK! requires all new daycare & boarding dogs to fulfill a Meet & Greet day. This can be done by appointment only depending on availability. Please call in advance to schedule your appointment. You must drop off your dog at the scheduled appointment of  7am - 10am, and must stay with us for at least 5 hours.

Please call or email for more details and to make a reservation once you have filled out our new customer info on our website and uploaded current vaccines (rabies, distemper and Bordetella).

Did you know BARK! is here until 8 pm Mon-Fri for your convenience? Any dog(s) that stays with us past 7pm will be charged $15 at pick up. Just let us know at drop off what time you plan to pick up and we have you covered.

ABOUT BARK! DENVER

BARK! is conveniently located in downtown Denver with extended hours of operation, including open on weekends, early mornings and late evenings.

As safety is our top priority, every dog in the facility is required to have an online profile and pass a Meet & Greet day. Meet & Greets can be scheduled Monday - Saturday with set drop-off appointment times. Along with the online profile, every dog must be up to date on Distemper, Rabies, and Bordetella vaccines, as well as be spayed/neutered by 6 months of age.

At BARK!, our next priority is fun! Our facility offers a wide variety of add-on services to make each dog's stay just perfect. Our boarding and daycare guests can take advantage of ball tosses, brain games, cuddle times, extra walks and more. We give our pet parents peace of mind by offering puppy postcards and 24/7 webcam access to watch their pet play the day away.

At BARK!, we know just how much you love your best friend, because we love dogs too and will work to make sure they are happy and healthy during their entire stay with us. BARK! was originally privately owned and then joined the Destination Pet family in 2018. Destination Pet offers added resources to BARK! to provide benefits, new services, and enhancements for the staff and furry friends. As pet lovers themselves, they promise to do what we’ve always done: treat your furry friend like their own.

MEET CADY

MANAGER OF SAFETY PROGRAMS

Memphis born and raised, Cady encapsulates southern hospitality and hardworking mentality to a tee. Her loving family and first dog Dash set building blocks for Cady's passion of animal care from the beginning. Her southern roots followed her to the University of Alabama in Huntsville, where her soccer prowess led her to experience, high pressure situations, excellent teamwork, and leadership capability. She used what she learned on the field to become the manager of one of the most successful dog boarding facilities in the country for 8 years. In turn, Cady decided to use her expertise to help elevate other facilities. As Safety Manager Cady trains each center's staff on Off Leash Play Safety, Understanding Dog Language, Pet CPR, and ensures each center is following all Safety Guidelines.

OVERVIEW OF SAFETY PROGRAMS

The entire BARK! staff receives ongoing training and certification on basic dog language, Pet CPR, care for overnight boarding guests, safe play in off-leash daycare groups, and emergency situations. This training allows the BARK! staff to properly manage both minor and emergency situations. Lastly, safety programs like customer questionnaires, off-leash play evaluations, and frequent report cards allow us to constantly evaluate new protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of your pet.
